  • Assembled laser scanning equipment. Ran high power and control wiring from electrical control cabinet to scanner assembly.
  • Configured PC network connections for proper IP address and secure PC Any Where internet connection to home office PC.
  • Made precision mechanical alignment of lasers and IVP cameras in order to obtain good images for proper software analysis to identify defects in wood boards and parts which traveled along a conveyor belt at up to 600 inches/minute.
  • Used oscilloscope to monitor signal from scanned image in order to make the precision alignments of laser and camera.
  • Adjusted speed of conveyor to match desired speed for scanner.
  • Calibrated PLC to accurately measure speed of boards on conveyor using pressure rollers connected to shaft encoders.
  • Made adjustments to pneumatic arms which ejected parts at proper station either by part count or scanned label.

  • Installed, setup and trained operators on CNC router woodworking equipment using standard electrical and mechanical tools and precision level etc.
  • Load and unload 7500 lb machines from trucks using fork lifts, dollies etc.
  • Removed and replaced, and adjusted backlash on gearboxes which moved a 1000 lb router and drilling head to .004” accuracy over an up to 40ft span.
